On October 31, 2004 we celebrated our fifth year anniversary! From humble beginnings, we have strived to create a company that provides excellence in service by understanding the needs of our customers and initiating creative solutions. Our company philosophy is quite simple. We want our customers to succeed as their success is a measure of our success. At the same time it is extremely important to provide a safe, positive, and empowering workplace for our many team members.
I am proud of our ethical business practices and do my utmost to encourage all staff members to do their best while accepting responsibility and appreciating the lessons as they present themselves. We have a dedicated and experienced team of professionals that I would like to thank for their continual effort, loyalty, and hard work. How well you represent Expeditorsplus Inc.!

Nicole Rebeck, President
- Nicole Rebeck is the founder and President of Expeditorsplus Inc., a privately owned corporation headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba. First employed in the industry as expeditor for Manitoba's premier remote outfitting resort, the entrepreneurial spirit Nicole had applied to her previous endeavours was fully realized with the inception of Expeditorsplus Inc.. She demonstrated an accelerated capacity for learning and adaptability, resulting in consistent growth and expansion of company services. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, creative thinking, and unique aptitude for problem solving are the driving forces that have led to the success of her company today and have kept Expeditorsplus Inc. at the top of its field.

Philip C. Reid, Managing Director
- Philip Reid is the third generation of Reids to be in the resort, recreational fishing, and aviation business. He has owned and operated five resorts over the past 25 years, including Canada's largest and most successful fly-in operation, effectively setting a benchmark for the remote resort community. Philip was the co-founder and manager of Resort Management and Consultants, catering to the needs of tourist resorts and smaller airlines throughout much of Canada. His hands-on experience is second to none in the industry, ranging from maintenance and repairs, to management, ownership, and consulting; it has provided him the unique ability to assemble strong management teams able to address virtually any challenge.

Bruce Bowles, Remote Operations Specialist
- Having been a licensed commercial pilot for more than 25 years, Bruce has progressed from being a part time bush pilot to full time Chief Pilot/Operations Manager of an all weather air service. He is a qualified pilot on a wide range of aircraft and is IFR rated with approximately 6000 hours on wheels and floats. During his lengthy aviation career, many young pilots under his tutelage and guidance have gone on to successful careers as commercial pilots. He continues to give back to the industry that has given him so much, as an active volunteer at the Canadian Aviation Museum.

Mike Reuther, Business Activities Co-ordinator
- As Expeditorsplus Inc.'s longest serving team member, Mike is fully integrated into the daily operations of our business. He combines more than 30 years of management experience in warehousing and freight operations in Manitoba, with his extensive knowledge of the freight needs Northern and remote communities, and works closely with them to assure on-time expediting services. Mike is truly our 'go to' person for coordinating and arranging virtually all of our expediting, shipping, and transportation projects.
